Initial public offering of up to 5,074,100 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of Venus Pipes & Tubes Limited ("Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 326/- per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 316/- per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs. 165.42* crores (the "Issue"). The face value of the equity share is Rs. 10. The issue price is 32.6 times the face value of the equity shares.
