Rama Steel Tubes spurts after robust sales in Q2FY23

This is the highest quarterly sales volume reported by the company.

The sales volume for H1FY23 jumped 68% YoY to 78,608.63 ton compared to 46,698.18 ton in the same period last year.

The company added that in H2FY23, the sales volume would get further boost from commissioning and ramp-up of new capacity expansion at Khopoli Plant, Maharashtra.

Rama Steel Tubes (RSTL) is a leading manufacturer in the steel tube industry. Its products range includes MS ERW black pipes from 15mm to 200mm diameter pipes confirming to IS: 1239, IS:1161, IS:3589, IS:3601, & IS:4210 and G.I. Pipes from 15mm to 150mm NB in light; medium and heavy sizes. RSTL has 20% exports rate, with a global presence in more than 16 countries.

On a consolidated basis, net profit of Rama Steel Tubes declined 40.42% to Rs 4.23 crore on 73.55% surge in net sales to Rs 240.02 crore in Q1 June 2022 over Q1 June 2021.
